Drunk Trucker calls 911 on him self!

The story involves this guy that's a trucker and his son that was in the truck the entire time. He drove to a strip club and got so drunk in the strip club that he walked out and "lost his truck and son" so he called the cops and says his truck and son was stolen and the cops show up and the 18wheeler was sitting in the same spot where he left it.

Plans for Thanksgiving Vacation

Was just sitting here at work thinking about what all I wanna do over thanks giving vacation. I am finally starting to use my PTO time at work which am glad I saved up for now. I will probably stick with the gym and maybe put up Christmas lights since there is already a good amount of houses in my neighborhood already that have lights up.

Super Oatmeal!



Dietitian Bob Seebohar has guided the diet of many a U.S. Olympic athlete; here he demonstrates how to prepare an oatmeal breakfast that aims to give you the energy of a gold medalist.

Although Seebohar uses a rice cooker in the video above, your stove top or microwave would work just fine for creating this energy and antioxidant packed oatmeal. The mixture is packed with enough essentials to fuel your body through workout sessions, an afternoon hike, or maybe some Black Friday power shopping (assuming it's not all done online). The ingredient list is as follows:

  • Rolled oats
  • Water
  • Whey protein powder
  • Dark cocoa powder
  • Ground flax
  • Blueberries
  • Raisins
  • Banana
